AgentMail (YC S25) is a developer-first email infrastructure platform that gives AI agents their own email inboxes, just like humans have Gmail, but built specifically for autonomous software agents. Instead of forcing agents to reuse human email accounts or struggle with legacy APIs that limit automation, AgentMail provides an API-first email provider where developers can programmatically create, manage, and scale inboxes for AI agents to send, receive, and act on email independently. My goal was to design a demo of AgentMail's product that reduces overwhelm and introduces AI assistance in a way that's transparent even for users that have never used agentic AI before.

I designed a three-inbox system that progressively introduces AgentMail's agentic AI:

• User Inbox — What users see when they open AgentMail and prompts the agent

• System Inbox — Showcases the agent formulating and sending emails to leads

• Client Inbox — Display what clients see: professional, error-free emails from the agent
